March

March was uneventful for the most part, but we did get some cute pictures of the girls that I wanted to share.

Jocee has recently grasped the concept of sharing. She is always piling Sophie's baby toys on top of her. We later got rid of this pink bouncer (finally!!) by selling it to Kid-to-Kid for 15$. Yays!

After getting rid of the annoying bouncer, we got Sophie this Boppy pillow and mat for tummy-time. She hates tummy-time and I hate seeing her cry, so hopefully this will help. She seems to like it...sometimes!

On the 17th Sophie went in for her 4 month well check visit. The doctor was really happy with her progress. She was 14 lbs (50%) and 25 inches long (68%). She actually weighs about a half lb less than Jocee did, but is 2 inches taller. Long & lean! (for now) She was fussy for the rest of the day and just wanted her Daddy.

Lately Sophie is loving her feet! I know all babies go through this stage, but she can seriously play with her feet for hours on end.

Unfortunately we haven't been able to get many pictures of Jocee this month. She's always so busy. When the weather is nice, all she wants to do is go outside. I'm going to try to be more proactive with getting an equal amount of pictures for both of them!

(Jocee has been spending a lot of time in "time out" lately. This video was taken early one morning, hence the crazy hair.)

The month ended with all of us getting sick. Maybe all the crazy weather change got to us. I hate when the girls get sick, but this was just the second time they've been sick since December. We're all looking forward to April and Jocee's 2nd birthday on Monday!

Those terrible 2's! What a lovely age! Gabriel never went through them...but MAN, did we get revenge with Brooke. She went through them before 2! She has gotten better over time though. Let's hope Tristan takes after Gabriel and doesn't go through them... :o/

My mom says I didn't go through them either. Jocee started that phase at like 16 months! People have been warning us. Ha! Like we don't already know! She's our little free-spirit.
